- RETURN
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Opening video is must compulsory, if not then return policy is not applicable.

- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Late or missing refunds
- We do not offer refunds on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product broken or wrong product is delivered.
- Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your receive, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact the company from which you paid, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
